The real ICBC knowledge test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions taken on a touchscreen computer. You must answer 40 questions correctly (80%) to pass. The test ends automatically as soon as you reach 40 correct or 11 incorrect answers.

What is the fee and retake policy for the ICBC knowledge test?+

The ICBC knowledge test fee is $15 per attempt. If you do not pass, there is a mandatory 7-day waiting period before you can retake the test.

What documents do I need to take the ICBC knowledge test?+
